Pulled Pork Nachos

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8-10 oz.) bag of tortilla chips
2 cups already heated shredded Blakely Backyard Pulled Pork

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
2-4 tbsp of Blakely’s BBQ sauce
Optional topping: 2-4 tbsp. of ranch dressing
1 cup of coleslaw
1/4 cup shredded lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Spread chips out on a prepared baking sheet. You can use parchment paper or aluminum foil.
NOTE: If you have an oven proof skillet, you can also make your nachos in that.

  1. Place pulled pork over nachos.
  2. Add on the red onion slices.
  3. Sprinkle on your cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese, and drizzle a couple tablespoons (2-4 depending on taste) of BBQ sauce on top.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Add optional toppers and serve immediately. Enjoy!
